Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS ground or USPS priority. We charge a flat rate based on total shipping weight of your purchase(s). All packages placed with USPS Priority Mail automatically are insured. That means if something happens to your package, we are able to file a claim with USPS. If you would like your package to be insured, please be sure to select USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Please note: orders that are placed with USPS Ground are NOT insured, and should something happen to your package, we will not be able to file a claim or offer a refund.

0 - 1 lbs: $5 flat rate
1.01 - 2 lbs: $8 flat rate
2.01 - 3 lbs: $12 flat rate
3.01 - 4 lbs: $15 flat rate
4.01 - 5 lbs: $20 flat rate
5+ lbs: $25 flat rate

USPS Priority Mail
0 - 1 lbs: $10 flat rate
1.01 - 2 lbs: $12 flat rate
2.01 - 4 lbs: $17 flat rate
4.01 - 6 lbs: $22 flat rate
6.01 - 8 lbs: $20 flat rate
8.01 - 10 lbs: $30 flat rate
10+ lbs: $35

Returns and Refunds

If you would like to return your item, our team would be happy to help you. Please contact Kayla by emailing kayla@braverly.com within 30 days of the purchase date with your order number and the item(s) that you would like to return. Please note that returned items must be unused and undamaged. We can not refund initial shipping cost and shipping cost for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
